•Clinical Significance:-

It is a multi content formulated Ayurved oil. It is a granthokta preparation used in several diseased conditions of Vata dominance. It is also Balya i.e. Nourishing and Vat shamak in properties.

The total 51 contents of this formulation are of Deepan-Pachan, i.e. appetizer, Bruhan i.e. Nourishment providing properties.

Also these contents are of Rejuvenating, Jeevaniya i.e. Regenerative, Restorative and Medhya i.e. Intellect in Properties. It is used in a wide range of diseases. Mahanarayan Tail is administered in various forms like Abhyanga i.e. massage, orally with milk, warm water or food stuffs and in the form of Basti Chikitsa i.e. therapeutic Enema used for the panchakarma treatments.

Hemiplegia, Facial palsy, nervine disorders, Joint pain and stiffness, Spine disorders, Myalgia, fatigue, Denegerative disorders, Debility, Improve skin complexion, Sterility, Infertility (as per causative factors),Tremors in Parkinson's disease, Tingling, Numbness etc.

•Dose :

Abhyanga- as per need,

Sneha pan i.e. orally- 5 to 10 ml 

Basti- 30 to 50 ml
